This site provides public
access to the California Legislature's online resource of state laws. Statutes governing
elections can be found in the sub-directory and there is an election table of contents
available for navigation.
Federal Election Commission (FEC)
This site
for the FEC covers election statutes at a federal level including resources on rules
governing campaign finance disclosure.
Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC)
The FPPC administers, interprets and enforces the Political Reform Act, created
